Looking for Volunteers

Is it time for you to “Branch Out?”
Become a VOLUNTEER at Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek!

Volunteering is a very rewarding experience.

* Visit with residents * Help with activities on Monday & Thursday evenings * Assist residents to Chapel on Sunday * Help with bingo on Tuesday or Saturday * Help with arts and crafts * and MANY, MANY more opportunities.

We really need help on Saturday or Sunday from 11 am - 2 pm working in the “Village Store.”

These are just a few areas where we need help. If you can fill our needs or if you have a friend or relative that could benefit from the “good feeling” that you get from volunteering, please call Ruth Frankhouse at 419-861-5531.

The best person to recruit new volunteers is a great volunteer who is willing to share their experiences with others.

Anyone 55 or older is invited to join us for a one time, complimentary brunch and tour of our Creekside condominiums. This is by reservation only. Please call Eileen Niedbalsi at 419/725-6302 to schedule brunch and a tour.

First Baptist Tuesday Bible Study members lead a monthly worship service for Wolf Creek residents. Entire service is planned by Lay Pastoral student Mrs. Gigi Mawer. Included on the last Tuesday morning each month service is scripture, meditation, sharing resident responses, hymn singing. Following the worship service residents enjoy singing secular "old songs". Anyone wishing to participate in this community service should meet at the church at 9:00 A.M. on the designated Tuesdays.
