Behind the Scenes

Despite the rainy weather, we had 201 cars drive through. Several car loads even drove through twice! Channel 13 was here to film and did a report on their 11:00 News. Over 60 people participated in the Living Nativity as Cast, Scene Managers, Traffic Control, Childcare, & Food Coordinators. The Music, Drama, & Arts Committee did a great job in planning and coordination. Again, thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make this a special highlight of our Christmas Celebration.

The Living Nativity is the culmination of many people and groups contributing of their time and talent.  In addition to the cast of characters, there are those who have assembled props and lights, designed and made costumes, the printed programs, traffic control, publicity, the luminaries and those who prepared refreshments for the participants.

Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Kasper McCloskey for the donation of the food trays for the cast.

We express our gratitude to the Music, Arts and Drama Board of First Baptist and to Betty Snyder for their sponsorship and participation.

As always - thanks to the entire congregation who make this event possible!
