Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir rehearses each Wednesday night at 7:00 PM from September to June. The choir also meets to rehearse at 10 AM each Sunday morning in preparation for morning worship. During the summer, we sing in special services including our annual Red White and Blue Sunday. At Christmas, we have a special Sunday morning Christmas Cantata. Easter is also a special time with music by our chancel choir throughout Holy Week.
Sylvia Loe is our Interim Music Director. She plays the organ and piano for our services as well as directing the choir.

Yes, the calendar says it is September. School begins, fall is right around the corner, new programs begin on TV and let’s get right down to it, IT IS TIME FOR CHOIRS TO BEGIN! Chancel Choir rehearses from 7 to 8 PM as a part of our Wednesday evening activities. This is an hour earlier than last year! Hopefully, some of the new changes will encourage some new participants in the music programs. The children will continue to meet on Sunday mornings during the service and Inspirations will meet at varied times. The choir & praise group will begin on Wednesday, September 8th. If you have any questions about any of the groups, please see Sylvia, Joanna or Betsy. We are all hopeful that we have returning starters and some new “walk-ons”.
