Missions You Can Do RIGHT NOW!

You make a difference!  You truly do!  Don’t forget to save those cancelled stamps from all the Christmas cards and other mail for the Heifer Project.  This Thrift Shop project makes possible the purchase of animals for third world countries, thus providing income to individuals that might otherwise have no means of support.  A cow, goat, water buffalo, ducks, chickens, to name a few become a family enterprise.  For no monetary contribution, you can make a difference in the lives of the very poor.

Pop tabs fund the food pantry at Toledo’s Ronald McDonald House, adjacent to Toledo Hospital, where families of seriously ill children stay during periods of surgery and recovery.  Without any cost to us, we can participate in this ministry to families of seriously ill children simply by tossing the pop tab into a cup rather than throwing it away.

Please continue to support these most worthwhile ministries by depositing your stamps and pop tabs on the shelf unit inside the coat room next to the Christian Family Education office.
