FBC Players 2004 Edition Cast B
|
We have statistics! A total of 223 individuals attended our show. There were 41 volunteers involved in the cast, finding props, writing news releases, promoting the program, waiting tables, clearing and setting tables for the next dinner, seating guests, singing, producing practice CD’s, helping in the kitchen, sending email messages to the cast, keeping the FBCOGT web site current with dinner theater news, emptying the trash, constructing the set, writing and editing the script, directing, consulting on the bridge game, writing music, videotaping, selling tickets, coordinating the income and expenses, lay-out and printing of the posters and programs, selecting and developing the costumes, making the table decorations, selecting the menus, preparing the food, purchasing paper products and ice, hosting the cast party and leading the cast in prayer.
Volunteers spent anywhere from 4 hours (wait staff) to 65 hours (cast members) to 150 + hours
(director / writer) to make this dinner theater a reality and success.
While this event is primarily an outreach program, we do watch the finances and hope to have surplus funds to support other programs of the Music, Drama and Art Board as well as seed money for next year’s dinner theater. After the bills are paid, there will be about $800 to fund other efforts of the board.
Thank you to those involved! If others are interested in future productions, please contact Becky Spencer.
Below you will find cast photos and shots from the Dress
Rehearsal and production. We have many more pictures on our page
